FAQ
  • What is a crystal & the purpose of crystals?
The crystal is the defined as any portion of a mineralogical body exhibiting characteristic internal structure and enclosed by symmetrically arranged plane surfaces, intersecting at definite and characteristic angles. Crystals have been used and/or revered since the dawning of civilization. They exhibit the properties of both piezoelectricity [quality whereby electricity, and sometimes light, is produced via compression] and pyroelectricity [quality of an electrified state, or polarity, which is produced by, and changes with, variation in temperature]. The energies of crystals are “universal energies”. Hence, when one contacts and is willing to receive this energy, and begins to exercise personal creativity via exercise of the Higher Will, one can contact and synthesize the energies from which the entire universe is comprised.
  • How do I clean & charge my crystal?
Cleanse the crystal in flowing spring, river, lake, or tap water and energize in the sun. [Water is the universal cleanser and is effective in cleansing undesirable energies from all physical forms.] Smudge the crystal [e.g., with sage, sweet grass, cedar, incense, etc.] This method of cleansing has been used for centuries by Native African and Native Americans tribal cultures. Soak the crystal in sea salt for 7-24 hours, rinse with pure water, and energize in the sun. Caution: Please be mindful of the crystals hardness for some are softer crystalline forms, salt or abrasive substances may mar the surface; this will not, however, affect the properties of the crystal. Soak the crystal in brown rice for 24 hours; the brown rice balances and centers ther energy, removing the negative to the positive. Upon completion of the “soak” the rice is purified and energized and is quite wonderful to eat.
